Due to a limited site condition in a heavily dense commercial area in Gangnam, Seoul, small retail tenant spaces (1,200 square feet) were stacked vertically for a 5 story building with rooftop garden. An angled cut upper building corner is commonly found in this area to meet zoning requirement to maintain minimum daylight on the street and neighboring properties.
