Replaced the Greenville News building in a downtown of Greenville, SC with a high-rise mixed-use development.  As a Sr. project coordinator and a project architect in record, I worked from schematic design through the current construction phase.  The master development aimed to revitalize the area by introducing the mixed-use program including residential, retails, offices, hotel and restaurants.  The multi-family building embraces the existing Greenville News building and the industrial history of Greenville while creates a contemporary style all its own. The new Residences at Camperdown has 217 units, and a rooftop and pool amenity as a new landmark for the downtown area.
