From feasibility study to the completion of the project, I worked with PRAXIS3 as a project architect, working closely with our long-time client, LEVEL 5, a design-build general contractor / developer, to deliver the three-story corporate headquarters building for "People's Trust Federal Credit Union".  It is in the East Downtown District of Houston, TX.  The building has the executive and administrative functions as well as a new branch retail bank to serve its members.  The building orientation was laid out to maximize the view of downtown Houston.  Through the daylight simulation study, the building skin was designed to minimize the solar heat gain by utilizing sun shade fins as a exterior design element, which later was changed to integrated vertical and horizontal curtain wall mullions. Interior design was done by the help of Sky Design which became our in-house interior design team during the project.
