In designing the new global city for 74 square kilometers with 3 million people, we strategically planned a infrastructure including an airport, a canal, high-speed rails, subways and transfer stations in the master plan layout.  Three key development boosters are CBD, Lakeside District and Seaside District that represents global corporate-education-cultural center and mixed-use live-work neighborhoods.  The concepts envision the city as the Global City, High-Functional City, Equitable City, Safe-Healthy City, City of Learning, Event City, Creative Class City, Sustainable City, Beautiful City, and Destination City.
