"The George" is located at the corner of Memorial Drive and Hill Street in Atlanta’s Grant Park neighborhood.  It is a Type-III 5 story multi-family residential with 132 units over podium with retail, restaurant and office space at street level.  The George mixed-use development has received the 2018 American Institute of Architects Georgia Chapter (AIA GA) People’s Choice Award for Residential Projects over One Million Dollars in Value.  PRAXIS3 has worked closely with the development team, Urban Realty Partners and Case Pomeroy & Company, from the project’s conceptual inception, developing optimal responses to the project site, program, and pro-forma.  As a project architect, I was part of the design team from design development phase through construction administration.
