Development of 7.69 acre parcel lot for a single-family detached subdivision. The site is located in Lawrenceville, GA, and currently under R-75 zone. We requested a re-zoning appeal for R-60, and got an approval with conditions. The site development includes a deceleration lane, common area along existing stream and buffer setbacks on the east of the site, and two stormwater management facilities. Architecturally developed four building types for heated area between 1,800 and 2,500 sf, and from 3 BR/2.5 Bath to 4 BR/3 Bath type, having front porch and double height ceiling space near living room/foyer.
